- As of 4/15/24, my office is located at 769 Newfield Street, Suite 6B, Middletown, CT 06457
- Signs clearly mark which side to enter and exit the parking lot.
- Parking is on the side and back. Handicap parking is clearly marked.
- Upon entry in the front, go up the flight of stairs on the left. My office is down the hall, on the left.
- There is a small sign with several names to the right of the door.
